Dr. D. Ivan Young , a Relationship Expert and Holistic Life Coach began his TEDx talk by saying:

Emotional Intelligence is being aware and having clarity about your feelings and the feelings of other people. It goes beyond just having clarity about people; it is clarity about situations, circumstances; you being aware in the midst of something.

What is that something?

Most than likely, that something is a set of circumstances or dilemma you may even encountered that you attracted into your life and that’s where the Laws of Attraction comes to meet Emotional Intelligence. Like attracts Like! These things that you expect comes to you.

As a matter of fact, If I say for example, in whatever you do, do not picture a chimpanzee wearing this red bow tie and blue pink strip suit; what do you keep thinking of? You think of the very thing that I told you don’t think about because, that is where you putting your EMotion (Energy + Motion) and the more emotion you pour into anything, the more of that thing you receive. In other words, you can say one thing and do another. As we all know, many of us say all the right thing but do we do them?

This is because we’ve taken the Laws of Attraction and misapply them and we don’t take serious the things that we feel we deserve enough in other for them to manifest into our lives. How do we stop that?

  1.  Monitor What you feel.

What you constantly think about, that is exactly what you get!

(Your) Thoughts + Feelings = Manifestations (you get into your life)

Everything that is seen comes from that which was not seen. Everything that we do started out in the unseen; It started out as someone’s idea. Someone called those things as though they are and brought them into manifestation. Here is the catch and the solution:

Conscious Thinking   vs   Subconscious Thinking

Conscious Thinking is not your solution. Conscious thinking is typically reacting to some sort of circumstances and typically paying attention to that which is before you. Subconscious Thinking is typically reacting to some sort of situation without paying attention and the part of you that drives the outcomes in your life. As you learn to master being sensitive to circumstances, paying particular attention to little things, or if you stop worrying about what happened in the past or feel guilty or having being anxious about what may/may not happen in the future and operate in right now to train your subconscious mind to begin manifesting the things you truly desire. A short way of putting this is:

Everything in your life happens for a reason!

Your responsibility is to look at these things in your life and ask this question: Why Now?

Why is this person getting on my nerve?

Well they’re probably getting on your nerve because there are some part of your character that is probably reflected back to you through them that you need to work on and we get frustrated and angered and almost discombobulated by that we do not understand. You have to be willing to take the time and every moment, every situation in your life and examine it for its meaning. You have to examine it for its purpose and examine it to see: “What is this supposed to teach me right now?”

Every moment has meaning!

Stop being so Don’t wait to talk, truly listen! Don’t just see things, look at them; When you hear something, you’re perceiving it at the expense of all the right noise that surrounds it and when you look at something, you are deliberately things that otherwise can distract you. It takes effort to be successful but the greatest effort is mastering: “How do you use your mind.”

As we evolve, we came from somewhere; we received a greater source and conceive when our parent decided to confirmed that. Before we got here, we made a decision while we were coming and we came to experience the contrast and the challenge that everyday life presents to us.

Your Creator, which we are co-participants in the creation is smarter than you think.

As a matter of fact, you can figure out what everything means in your life by asking one word: WHY?

Why am I doing this?

What is motivating me to do this?

Why do I feel the way that I feel about what I am doing?

You know you do not wait for an answer. You can get answer if you shut everything down; get a quiet space and simply MEDITATE; taking the time to be quiet, to be still and to allow your circumstances to speak to you in such a way that it resonate at the core. The better you feel about it, the more you should do it and if it doesn’t make sense to anyone but you, all the better – except the facts; but never ever confuse the FACTS from the TRUTH!

Seek the Greater Truth!

Anything that anyone has ever done, that has required more, caused that individual to individual to confront themselves; they confronted their fears, they confronted other people and they confronted culture and how to make a decision that you know what: You said I can’t, the system said I can’t, but something inside me says what? I can!

And when you seek the greater truth, you get into direct alignment for that very moment, that very reason, that purpose that causes your Emotional intelligence and the Laws of Attraction to become one and as they become one, you’ll find that Sense of Passion, resonating, causing and steering up something inside of you. As that passion is steered up, your purpose just come forth! Sometimes, you have to run on faith; you have to run, not seeing the outcome but just knowing that there will be the result that you desire and as you believe, you will receive and after all, that which you seek, that which you desire, that which you long for is equally seeking you!
